Directions:
1) Shake well. Use primer generously on the area where tape/adhesive is to be applied. Best if the primer is used before applying any makeup. For pinpoint application, use a cotton pad or swab.
2) Once the primer is fully dry (~10 seconds) you are ready to apply adhesives. You should notice the area where you applied the primer is smoother to touch.
